Dear Parent/Carer
It was lovely to welcome our P7 children and staff back from their trip to Dalguise today. Everyone had an amazing time. Look at our Twitter page this week @florasprimary to see some wonderful photographs and video clips of their week.
At our assembly today, we had a fantastic presentation from six former pupils who attend Broughton High School. It was an excellent advert for the upcoming ‘Septemberfest’ on Saturday 24th September at Broughton High School. It seems that the children at Flora’s would like to see Mr Baxter take part in the Sumo wrestling in the giant suit, Ms Broadley have her face painted with a butterfly and Mrs Gilbertson challenge me to a gladiator duel! Loads of fun events at the Septemberfest, do go along, it’s free. All children have a flier in their schoolbags with further information.
Thank you to all our parents and carers who came along on Tuesday evening to hear about our P1 curriculum. We look forward to seeing parents and carers from P2 to P7 on Tuesday at either 6pm or 6.30pm to hear about the curriculum in these stages.
