Dear Parent/Carer
What an exciting
start to the term. The new playground is a huge success and the children are
having a ball! We would like to thank everyone involved, especially Robbie
Crockatt, Urban Pioneers, the Parent Playground Group and Morrison’s. Also many
thanks to the parents painting the AMAZING mural in the section of the
playground allocated to Africa.
Hallowe’en
Children may dress
up on Friday for Hallowe’en or not wear uniform for a donation of £1. (No scary
scream masks for example though!)

Please let us know
as soon as possible if you would like a family portrait taken on Friday or
Saturday.
Your child should
now have brought home their Christmas Card Template. If you wish to make
an order, please complete the Parental Order Form and return it in a sealed
envelope with a cheque payable to Flora
Stevenson’s Parent Council or the exact money to the school by Friday
30th October. Thank you.
This year’s Open
Day for children starting in P1 next August 2016 is on Wednesday 4 November.
Please contact the school office to book a place on a tour. Tours take place
throughout the day. Registration week for next session’s P1 children takes
place during the week of 9 November. We look forward to meeting you.
