Our Christmas tree donated by Raeburn Hotel Christmas Trees

Nine school days until our Christmas Break! The excitement is building!
We would like to thank Raeburn Hotel Christmas Trees for donating the beautiful Christmas tree for our hall. Every class has made a fantastic hanging decoration which along with the fabulous nativity scene and tree makes our hall look very festive indeed!
Our Nursery Classes, Primary 1 and Primary 2 children and staff have worked their socks off preparing wonderful Nativities and I can’t wait to join parents/carers to enjoy the finished productions on Tuesday and Thursday in both the Nursery and School!
What fantastic costumes for the end of our Book Week! Thank you all and an especially big THANK YOU for donating £178.96 to support Book Aid International.
A huge thank you also for raising £125.56 for the Scottish Poppy Appeal.
The Gardening Committee have been working hard improving our School Garden, thank you for all your support and hard work!
All our P4 to P7 pupils, who walked to the Lyceum on Tuesday to see the excellent production of ‘A Christmas Carol,’ had a super time and were a credit to Flora’s. Well done! Thank you once again to the Parent Council for subsidising this outing.
The Nursery, P1, P2 and P3 are looking forward to Hopscotch Theatre’s production of ‘Cinderella’ in school on Wednesday, thanks once again to the generosity of our Parent Council.
Very well done indeed to our Music School pupils who showcased their work so beautifully at a superb Christmas Recital last Wednesday.
We are looking forward to our school Christmas Dinner on Wednesday.
There are a number of younger children who would love to attend a Music Club after school. If you are interested in running a music club or know of someone who may be interested, please get in touch. Thank you.
