Dear Parent/Carer
Our last Parent Council Meeting of the session is on Monday 15th May at 7pm in the Music Room. We look forward to seeing you then.
Our P6 Football Team are through to the next round of the School Board Cup. Good Luck to them all for this Wednesday evening at Meggetland!
Next Monday 22nd May is a holiday and the school will be closed.
Have you marked the 10th June in your diary for our Summer Fair? The Parent Council are working hard to organise another super afternoon. Fingers crossed for lovely weather!
Sports Day is in the afternoon of Thursday 8th June, weather permitting.
I would like to let you know about the following staff who are retiring from their posts and a career break.
Mr John MacInness, our Janitor is retiring on Friday 26th May 2017. Mrs Kathleen Barclay, Business Manager, Ms Jennifer Broadley, teacher and Mrs Susie MacTaggart, PSA are also retiring on the 30th June 2017.
Mr Christopher Rae, DHT is far too young to retire, however he is moving to Spain for the next two years on a career break from Flora’s.
We will miss the huge contribution that they all make to Flora’s. We would like to thank them for their hard work and commitment over the years and wish them well for the future. They will be greatly missed.

Thank you to Jessica who played the piano so beautifully at assembly. A huge well done to P3c for their wonderful assembly. It was beautifully presented with clear voices and fantastic singing.
