Congratulations to Connal and James for gaining places
in the Edinburgh Primary Badminton Elite Squad. Very well done!
A very warm welcome to Mrs Caroline Barker, our new School Administrator.
We are looking forward to our end of term assembly in St Stephen’s Church on Tuesday 22 December at 9.30am for Primaries 3 to 7. Parents and carers are warmly invited to join us. We celebrate and acknowledge all faiths and beliefs at Flora’s. The assembly will tell the Christian story of Christmas. If you do not wish your child to participate, please let us know. We are supporting the charity ‘Crisis at Christmas’ this year. There will be a donation box at the back of the church. Thank you.
Head Lice
Just a reminder to please check your child’s hair regularly by combing through with a fine tooth comb, even if you don’t think there’s a problem. This is essential otherwise your child will not be clear. Combing is the only way to know and to prevent! Thank you.
School closes at 12.00 for the Christmas Break on Tuesday 22 December. The nursery closes at 15.30.
Children return to both the school and the nursery on Thursday 7 January 2016.
The entire staff would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and send best wishes for a very Happy New Year.
